You can order your sliding sash windows by either telephoning us direct or you can email an order to us.

Order Process:

We will telephone you to confirm all sizes, specification, details etc. Once all details are confirmed we will email an order confirmation to yourself which must be checked off.

Once you have confirmed all details are correct your order will be processed, you will be advised of our current lead time at the order stage.

Once your windows are ready for delivery we will contact you via phone and or email to arrange.

The driver will call you on the day to confirm the estimated time for your delivery.

We require the full balance upon ordering, we accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cheque
• Bank Transfer

Please note if you pay by cheque or bank transfer your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared. This will delay the delivery time.

Delivery Time:

All uPVC sash windows are delivered nationwide, there will be a delivery charge if under 5 windows or if your area is not in our standard delivery area. Please contact us to clarify this.
